Radio Rubber Room EP 120, RVA Comedy w/ Kenny Wingle, Jim Zarling and Ron Pomfrey

Episode 120 of Radio Rubber Room was also episode 1 from the new Sound Check Studios. Comedians, Kenny Wingle, Jim Zarling and Ron Pomfrey joined us to pop the new locations cherry and boy did it get popped. About halfway through learning about how to ride coat tails, handle hecklers, and an over view of Richmond's comedy seen... disaster. A very important plug was broken off into a computer jack and a very important person almost almost seriously injured.... and the second half of the show was recorded completely through a mic. So please take some time to enjoy some RVA comedy, some RVA music and Radio Rubber in all of it's imperfect glory... because if it was perfect... it probably wouldn't be Radio Rubber Room...

Episode 119, Hoax Hunter

In this episode, Hoax Hunters may or may not have joined Radio Rubber Room at Sound Check Studios. Episode 118, Bandrew

Episode 115, Dreadlock Robot

This week, the robot half of Dreadlock Robot joined us to complete many tasks not humanly possible. In this episode we learned where the word dreadlock comes from and invented to Mullet Robot for the purpose of extending the Dreadlock Robot to franchise. We also devised life starter; a program to cover not just  the cost of artists projects but also their life expences.  Other than all of those accomplishments we were just haning out listening to "Just Hangin Out" and some other killer Dreadlock Robot tunes from The Dreadlock Robot EP.

Episode 114, Aquafuture

Aquafuture joined us this week(well some of them did) and things got wet. We got to hear some tunes of their new demo Aquafuture Returns. There was a lot of hair/ facial hair discussion and a we got to learn a little about some of the guys side project, Murphy's Kids. We learned that Aquafuture actually got back together so that they could come on Radio Rubber Room & during the conversation, the creative juices got flowing and we helped the guys work out the details of their five year plan. Cozy up under a blanket with Evan and enjoy...
